Overview
The Dutchess County Children's Services Council (CSC) is a public-private partnership. This partnership of over 30 members is comprised of Dutchess County government and an array of organizations, businesses and individuals. The members share a common goal— improving the quality of life for Dutchess County's children, youth and families.

The CSC is a place where ideas are shared, research projects & data collection are promoted, and funding for health-related programs is distributed. It is a place where parents, youth, educators, service providers, government, business leaders, and the faith-based community come together to search for innovative solutions to issues facing families, youth and children.

The CSC itself does not provide direct services. Instead, it inspires, promotes and supports local organization to provide the necessary services as well as creative, research-based programs.
